This is the first cell phone facility case to be reviewed
by Council. Oak Knoll case is a wireless phone antenna panel placements with facility structures to be placed in residential
area. Several Ave 64 area residents attended and spoke at the hearing to support the Oak Knoll residents. City Council
voted 7-0 to deny the permit proposal and upheld BOZA decision.
